Why I'm starting Triverge Properties with just one home

I'm starting Triverge Properties with exactly one property. Not because that's all I could manage to list, but because that's the point.

Most rental platforms are built to make a handful of listings look like a national portfolio. I'd rather be honest about where this is starting: it's one person — me — handling the listing, the tours, the lease, and the maintenance calls. If something breaks, you're not opening a ticket into a queue. You're texting the person who can actually fix it.

The plan isn't to stay at one property forever. It's to add homes as I can keep the same standard for every renter — personally inspected, honestly priced, and someone who actually picks up the phone. If that means growing slower than a company backed by a call center, that's a trade I'm fine making.
